We’re looking for more than a Sales Advisor: you’re someone who wants to help shape Nassau’s future, who loves style, people and hospitality, and feels at ease with entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, wedding buyers and international clients.

About the Role

As one of the faces of our Amsterdam flagship, you guide clients through the made-to-measure process and create an experience that keeps them coming back and bringing others. You read people quickly, bring warmth and energy, and build your own client portfolio while driving commercial results.

What You’ll Do

• Advise clients on MTM: measurements, fabrics, styling and details
• Deliver a client journey well above standard retail
• Build and nurture B2C and B2B relationships
• Attract new clients via networking and referrals
• Take ownership of your appointments, results and portfolio
• Contribute ideas on growth, brand presence and service
• Represent NASSAU with confidence and impeccable style

Who You Are

• Experience in tailoring, made-to-measure or high-end menswear
• Social, stylish and communicative, with a sense of humor
• Comfortable with entrepreneurs and corporate professionals
• Confident, polished and naturally hospitable
• Commercial, opportunity-driven and eager to learn
• Well-groomed and detail-oriented
